MISSION STATEMENT

Over half a century ago, a young girl called Anayat Begum had a dream. A dream to empower young women through education. A vision beyond her time. Now many years later her children with the support of those who share this vision want to make this a reality with the implementation of Jamiah Anayah (JA) - a university of care. JA will provide full English medium schooling programme for Key Stages Ito 5 (ages 4 to 18). Our educational programme is an all-through 14 year system of education that will allow students to progress from Kindergarten from the age of 4 to Upper Secondary at 18. The intention for the curriculum at JA is that it will be based upon the international curriculum from the Cambridge Assessment International Education. Starting from the Early Years Foundation year and moving through to iGCSE, AS and A level in the senior years. The international programme will ensure a smooth transition through the years of schooling and provide the opportunity for students to succeed in a stimulating externally validated and highly respected world-class educational programme. Ultimately the qualifications that can be obtained by our senior students can open doors to universities all over the world; from UK to Australia to the USA. Cambridge qualifications are universally recognized and welcomed. The central aim of Jamiah Ananyah is to give women dignity, confidence and power to change their lives. We want them to be beacons of light for future generations. Anayat's vision centred on the principles of serving, guiding and inspiring.
